Competition T&C’s
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these guidelines, and you agree to them.
1.1 To enter the competition, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry (2nd May – 5th May 2025)
1.2 Competitions are not open to Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families)
1.3 In order to enter the promotion, you must book and attend a Bottomless or Boozy Brunch at a participating Social Pub and Kitchen site between the specified dates of May 2nd – May 5th.
1.4 Only one entry per person over the competition dates.
1.5 Only one profile is permitted per person. Multiple profiles created by the same person will be disqualified. Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.
1.6 Please follow the competition guidelines. Stonegate Group reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
1.7. To take part in the competition the user must attend a Bottomless or Boozy Bottomless Brunch at a participating Social Pub and Kitchen site between the specified dates. Plus, when booking Bottomless or Boozy Brunch the customer must provide a valid email address to be able to redeem their prize if they win.
1.8 The prizes are courtesy of CCEP.
1.9 The competition runs from May 2nd to May 5th 2025. The prizes will be distributed as per the below.
1.10 The prizes available to be won throughout the competition are as follows:
• 1 x £300 flightgift.com voucher.
• 2 x £250 ASOS.com vouchers.
• 4 x £50 Social Pub and Kitchen vouchers, to be redeemed at their Social Pub and Kitchen of choice.
1.11 If you win the competition, we will notify you by email before May 31st 2025
1.12 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner. However, if the Stonegate Group are unable to contact a winner within 72 hours of the initial notifying of the competition winner, Stonegate Group reserves the right to award the prize to the user in second position.
1.13 Stonegate's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
1.14 There is only seven prizes available.
1.15 A prize must be claimed by the winner within 72 hours of the winner being notified.
1.16 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
1.17 All prize winners and guests must be over the age of 18. Prize winners may be asked to prove they are over the age of 18.
1.18 If a panel of judges is required for the competition, it will be comprised of persons detailed on the relevant competition page and/or the Stonegate Group team
1.19 The prize will not be transferable to another person.
1.20 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
1.21 The prize is subject to COVID-19 UK government restrictions allowing the attendance of spectators to live sporting events.
1.22 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
1.23 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
1.23.1 verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age, place of residence, whether they are subject of any football banning order;
1.23.2 disqualify any participant:
1.23.3 found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
1.23.4 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else's behalf;
1.23.5 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter's social media pages that is, in the promoter's opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter's commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter's social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.
1.24 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.
1.25 Competitions on our brand social pages are run by Stonegate Group, 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.
1.26 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
